Day 4: Persistent Love

Devotional
In our fast-paced world, we often expect immediate results. But God's timing rarely matches our schedule. When sharing our faith, we might feel discouraged when we don't see an immediate response. Yet, we're called to keep loving, keep sharing, and keep praying - even when we don't see immediate fruit. Like a farmer who plants seeds and patiently waits for harvest, we're called to persistent faithfulness in sharing God's love. Remember, today's 'no' might be tomorrow's 'yes' in God's perfect timing.

Love is patient and kind; love does not envy or boast; it is not arrogant or rude. It does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable or resentful; it does not rejoice at wrongdoing, but rejoices with the truth. Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.. - 1 Corinthians 13:4-7

Reflection Question
Who in your life needs you to persist in showing them God's love, even when you don't see immediate results?

“Don't give up on people. Keep pursuing them.
Keep loving them. Keep sharing the Gospel with them.
It may just not be their time.”
~Pastor Mike Mura

Prayer
Father, give me patience and persistence in sharing Your love with others. Help me to keep loving, even when I don't see immediate results. Amen.
